This major release introduces four significant new features to enhance your AI experience and team collaboration.

Enterprise Context

Teach the AI about your organisation, teams, and projects for personalised, context-aware responses.
Store context at multiple levels:
  • Organisation Context: Company-wide information like mission, values, policies
  • Workspace Context: Project-specific details and guidelines
  • Team Context: Team goals, OKRs, headcount, and structure
  • Profile Context: Personal work preferences and role information
The AI automatically retrieves context when you mention:
  • “our company”, “my organisation”, “we”, “us”
  • Company policies, team structure, OKRs
  • Any question that could benefit from organisational knowledge
New book icon in the chat composer:
  • Enable/disable context sources per conversation
  • Badge shows number of active sources
  • Settings persist across sessions

Setup

Add Context

Go to Settings → Organisation (or Workspace/Team/Profile)

Fill AI Context

Enter relevant information in the AI Context textarea

Save

Click Save Changes

Enable in Chat

Click the book icon in the composer and enable your context sources

Ask Questions

Reference your company/team naturally - the AI will use the context automatically

Custom Assistants

Create and manage custom AI assistants with personalised system prompts and behaviours.
  • Custom System Prompts: Define personality, tone, and expertise
  • Default Models: Set preferred AI model per assistant
  • Icons & Labels: Visual categorisation for quick discovery
  • Folder System: Hierarchical folders with drag-and-drop
  • Reorder: Arrange assistants within folders
  • Duplicate: Clone and customise existing assistants
  • Share assistants with your team
  • Consistent AI interactions across team members
  • Centralised assistant management

Setup

Open Settings

Go to Settings → Assistants

Create Assistant

Click Create Assistant

Configure

Enter name, system prompt, and optional settings (model, icon, label)

Use in Chat

Select your assistant from the bot icon in the composer
